Well Round Plastic

Question: What is the best color soft plastic lure / worm hook used with a red?

I've heard that before the red hooks work pretty good when bass fishing ... something about it makes it look like the lure / worm like its bleeding. My question is, what is the best color to use with this hook. Is it care. I use a Texas rig to a size 3 round bend Gamakatsu hook rule. I think I've seen used tv shows where the bright lure Pro A as Chartreuse. Any Help is not ... Thank you.

Answer: This is a really tough question, because some of the Red Hook and other swear, as I would say it's all gimmick. If you understand the spectrum do not disappear under water, Red really is a gray-black after a few feet. The idea behind the red hook is that it's supposed to be used for top-water applications or within the first 3 feet in the water column. This applies to a certain degree, but not the clarity of the water play a big role here. Crystal clear water and you can see the red in the hook until it hits bottom. Tainted water and it is only a few meters. This lure is a combination, as the bait look is flaring gills, it ... a sign of stress or feeding, no bleeding. This is a insticnt in the fish involuntarilly to provoke attack. Yeah ... However, you can with a hook to lure color, you can dream. They should be better with water and top up to 3 meters or so, but as I said, the clarity of the water is the key.

Holbein Watercolor

Question: What are the best brush for water-soluble Oil Paints?

Hello would like Holbein Duo Aqua Oil Paint now and I wonder me, what are some good brushes for this type of media, watercolor brushes good for this type of media? I bought some of Reeves oil brush, but when I go into the water dip them split and fall off the hog hair begins.

Answer: Many companies make special brushes for Acrylic Painting, with this often with synthetic bristles and water for use. Cheap brushes lose their bristles and are always a waste of time to get the best and you can not afford to buy too many.

Artist Paint Brushes

Q: Who own suggestions for the Chinese (and other) artists brush made from synthetic or human hair?

I do not use animal Products am - ready, a brush made of human hair, were also interested to make, where I Synthetic brushes for Chinese brush painting (I know where synthetic Brushes can be purchased for regular oil & buy watercolor). Thank you!

Answer: You can come close, by a high quality round # 16 and # 24 regular watercolor brush with "Talkon" fibers. I have these type of brushes for Oriental techniques. Synthetic hair is usually too stiff for Oriental brushes and human hair is too soft. I'm not aware of a source for synthetic hair oriental brushes. Oriental style painting is based on the brush as a flexible, but slightly springy and the ability to hold large amounts of liquid. These are difficult conditions for a purely synthetic brush.

Water Mixable

Question: How do I clean the palette that I am painting with oil mix?

I started to paint with water miscible Oil Paints. Getting Started the color of my brushes is a snap (comes with soap and water). The range? Not so easy. I can not seem to get it to clean completely. Other than the use of turpentine (Which aggravates my asthma), it is all that I use to get to the wooden pallet completely clean?

Answer: Unfortunately, as soon as dry the water-miscible oils, they are not washed with soap and water. If I were you, I would stay away from anything with a skull and crossed Bones on it, including "odorless" solvents. Try the orange / citrus oil such as thinner or thin Citri Turpenoid Natural - they are not toxic and work great at removing hardened Paint Palette and brush. It also leaves an oily surface on wood, that makes it easier to clean later. I water-use oils with a Plastic Palette, and this is much easier to clean. You could try that or a melamine board, or an email butcher tray. They clean is beautiful with an abrasive dishwashing sponge. Have fun!

Short Handle

Question: When interviewing, how time do you handle issues with an employer for a short?

I went back to work on a state System after the return to the private sector for about 9 months. I only back there for 2 months, but my transition back into the government's work was less than optimal. We often need to be a double layer (forced overtime) in literally a moment notice. The job was to destroy my marriage and life, so decided I have to resign. I had problems when I have this kind of work before, but I thought I would be stronger and ready for the hardships, the causes of overtime forced. I have, as it seemed like a good financial decision became clear that one horrible decision to be my personal life. I had only one interview so far, but the interviewer seemed incredulous, why would I leave so soon. I explained the circumstances of the work, but I'm not sure if he really understood is. I am not a job hopper. I'm just not made for unpredictable hours. Before the switch, I worked for the state for over 3 years.

Answer: The best just state the truth as you have in this matter. Someone who really wants to hire you, you accept your qualifications and your reasons.
