Question: When interviewing, how time do you handle issues with an employer for a short?I went back to work on a state System after the return to the private sector for about 9 months. I only back there for 2 months, but my transition back into the government's work was less than optimal. We often need to be a double layer (forced overtime) in literally a moment notice. The job was to destroy my marriage and life, so decided I have to resign. I had problems when I have this kind of work before, but I thought I would be stronger and ready for the hardships, the causes of overtime forced. I have, as it seemed like a good financial decision became clear that one horrible decision to be my personal life. I had only one interview so far, but the interviewer seemed incredulous, why would I leave so soon. I explained the circumstances of the work, but I'm not sure if he really understood is. I am not a job hopper. I'm just not made for unpredictable hours. Before the switch, I worked for the state for over 3 years.
Answer: The best just state the truth as you have in this matter. Someone who really wants to hire you, you accept your qualifications and your reasons.
