Answer: This is expensive, you have to see an artist, perhaps the cheapest way to do this is, go look at your high school and that someone is under Visual Arts and ask her if she would be interested. I paint and draw people when I was in high school I have portraits of my friends as they consider appropriate to their friends or families wanted to give a gift, then I was modest and not as I should feel responsible money for something that I always knew how to do. But that was then, is another option put an ad in your local paper. Give the artist enough time to complete the project because it sounds great.
