Winsor Newton Cotman

Question: painting watercolor drying tube?

I'm trying to paint a tube of Winsor & Newton Cotman Watercolor dry in a pan. The problem is that it seems just to dry in a piece of plastic. its takes forever to do. I tried to add a little water to help you but it does everything evaporates and can be They paint the same piece of plastic like. Any proposal to paint in addition to the purchase or the purchase of the pan better? Or is it hopeless? There are in fact Watercolor Painting, but if dry it starts it gets the consistency of plastic.

Answer: You can use a drop of honey on the tube in the paint before they so hard to keep from drying out. This makes re-mains much easier. That's basically the difference between tube watercolor and semi-moist pan watercolors. PS - There are much better entry-level color as Cotman. IMO it is one of the worst and Winsor & Newton should be ashamed to put their name on it.
