Question: How can I use Oil Pastels?I bought these Oil Pastels a few days ago and I wanted to know how to use and to that what paper should I use them. I tried to go into art for the classes as a couple of years and I really want to go, but I need to learn first, Oil Pastels! If you have any tips on how you use them? Websites would also be helpful! Plz help me! Any help at all is greatly appreciated!
Answer: I use a thick drawing paper .. i usually lay the colors down and then smudge with your finger, and merge them. I also have a fixative (such as using cheap hair spray, But the real one can, what you get at a craft store) and let that dry and add more layers of color! sorry i dont know any sites, but google it I bet You might find something!
