Question: £ 1 shop paints and canvas for young / old starters good idea?I have always liked art and wiser, I could paint. I make a very absract floresent painting in an unusual non canvos basis, with some color into the mix, I was young at the time and high weeds. I am now 48 and still have it hanging in my bedroom. I buy things from the local £ shop and she noticed a few things to sell for the artists to Paint Tubes asorted in 12 colors (oil, acrylic and watercolor a pack of 12 flat head brushes and 100% pure cotton), stretched over a wooden frame 24x30cm size. Sounds I like the stuff I sell, but no, there are some people who created the heads up on some cheap painting stuff. Answer: Good idea! The most common mistake a new artist will save on his material, because it cost so much. You must treat the materials as worthless until you do something valuable with them. To have paid so little for them in the first place is an important step towards this mentality. Later, with a better mastery of significance as an artist, you can buy better materials and to keep the same distain for them.
